NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO A.R.S., Section 14-6103 In the Matter of: THE JERRY M. YARBROUGH LIVING TRUST, DATED APRIL 3, 2009, (i.e, the "Trust Estate"); and: JERRY M. YARBROUGH (i.e., originial sole Grantor and Trustee), Deceased. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the original "Trust Estate" as well as the sole Grantor finally both passed away on: JUNE 25, 2024. JERRY M. YARBROUGH died on: JUNE 25, 2024. This "Trust Estate's" revocability converted to a current IRREVOCABLE Trust. MICHAEL T. YARBROUGH is now the acting sole Successor Trustee of this "Trust Estate."
