NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO ALL CREDITORS: Donna M. Schwallier (date of birth: August 15, 1926) who was the grantor ("Grantor") of the Donna M. Schwallier Trust under agreement dated July 15, 1994, as amended, and who lived at 15344 16th Avenue, Marne, Michigan 49435, died on October 12, 2025. There is no personal representative of the Grantor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Donna M. Schwallier Trust under agreement dated July 15, 1994, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to its trustee, Philip G. Schwallier, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
