NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 562025CP000956AXXXHC IN RE: ESTATE OF JIMMY RAY SPARKS Deceased. The administration of the estate of JIMMY RAY SPARKS, deceased, whose date of death was February 2, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for ST. LUCIE County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 312 NW 3rd Street, Okeechobee, Florida 34972. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below. The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent's death by the decedent or the decedent's surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
