Notice to Creditors NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the Richard and Jacqueline Kelly 2001 Family Trust, under trust agreement dated May 10, 2001, as amended (the "Trust Agreement"). Richard Kelly, a settlor of said Trust, died on September 12, 2025.
