The Trust is irrevocable. 2. Nathan Brimhall is the Successor Trustee of the Trust. 2. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claim to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. 3.
