NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is given that Curt Boehmer a/k/a Curtis W. Boehmer, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, died February 7, 2026. Curt Boehmer was the settlor of a non-court supervised revocable trust known as the Curt Boehmer Trust. All creditors having claims against Curt Boehmer, his estate, or his trust are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or their claims or collection efforts which could be asserted or enforced against the trust or assets thereof are barred.
