Notice to Creditors Notice is hereby given that Theodore Duarte (Decedent) died on March 30, 2026. Warren Kotzmann (Trustee) has been appointed as the successor trustee of the Theodore Duarte Irrevocable Trust (Trust), which was created pursuant to terms of the Theodore Duarte Living Trust dated March 30, 2026, and of which Decedent was the sole Grantor. All persons having claims against the Decedent or the Trust are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred.
