NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cynthia M. Bymers and Alexis Pavlakis are the Co-Trustees of the Pavlakis Family Trust as amended and restated. Lazo A. Pavlakis, a Settlor/Trustor of that trust, died on May 22, 2022, and Willa M. Pavlakis a Settlor/Trustor of that trust, died on March 14, 2026. Any creditor having a claim against the trust estate or against the Settlor/Trustor, must file his or her claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
