Notice to Creditors In the Matter of the Robert L. Ward and Mary P. Ward Trust dated January 31, 1980, as amended NOTICE TO CREDITORS Pursuant to A.R.S. 14-6103, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT L. WARD AND MARY P. WARD are the original Grantors and Trustees of the ROBERT L. WARD AND MARY P. WARD TRUST dated January 31, 1980, as amended (the "Trust"). ROBERT L. WARD died on May 9, 2026. MARY P. WARD is the current acting sole Trustee of the Trust. All persons having claims against the Trust or against ROBERT L. WARD, individually, are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publica­tion of this notice or their claims will be forever barred.
