Van Every Trust, as amended Dates of Trusts: April 23, 1996 To All Creditors: The surviving Trust Settlor, Donna J. Van Every, who lived at 150 Birchwood Drive, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, died on May 18, 2026. There is no personal representative of the surviving Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Donna J. Van Every, The Donna J. Van Every Trust dated April 23, 1996, as amended, and/or The Van Every Family Trust dated April 23, 1996, as amended (a/k/a The William D.
