NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed Successor Trustee of the WALTER W. JACKSON AND PAMELA A. JACKSON Living Trust. Walter W. Jackson, the settlor of said trust, died on December 31, 2025 and Pamela A. Jackson also a settlor of said trust died May 15th, 2026. A beneficial interest under the Trust is intended to be distributed to the beneficiaries thereof. All creditors having claims against the settlor or the trust estate are required to file their claims with the undersigned Successor Trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice, or the claims will be forever barred.
