NOTICE TO CREDITORS SETTLOR'S TRUST The Settlor, Penny Sue Patterson (date of birth February 24, 1951) who lived at 1732 Huntsville Dr, Apt A, Haslett, MI 48840, died October 24, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the descedent are notified that all claims against the descedent's trust, the Penny S. Patterson Trust dated January 4, 2011, will be forever barred unless presented to Louis K. Nigg, Trustee within four months of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
