NOTICE TO ESTABLISH BRANCH In the matter of the establishment of a branch of Community Bank of Louisiana. Notice is hereby given that Community Bank of Louisiana, whose Main Office and Office and domicile is located in Mansfield, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Louisiana Commissioner of Financial Institutions to establish a branch to be located at the corner of Southern Loop and Pecan Square Avenue in Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Any person wishing to comment on this application with the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions may file his or her comments, in writing, with the Commissioner of Financial Institutions, Post Office Box 94095, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70804-9095. The Office of Financial Institutions is not required to consider any comments received more than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.
