NOTICE TO OWNERS Please take notice that Jonathan Schwimmer has applied to the Lakewood Township Planning Board for Preliminary and Final Minor Subdivision approval to subdivide one lot into two resultant lots. The property is located at 132 St. Katherine Place and is identified as Block 2, Lot 104 on theTownship tax maps. The applicant will request a variance for Lot Width as 90 feet is required and 89.69 feet is proposed and Minimum Side Yard Setback as 10 feet is required and 6.03 feet is proposed. The applicant also seeks other variances and/or design waivers that may be requested, or are proposed. The aforesaid has been scheduled for a public hearing before the Lakewood Township Planning Board on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the Lakewood Township Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey, at 6:00pm or as soon thereafter as possible. The application, plans, maps and supporting documents are on file in the Lakewood Township Planning Board, 212 Fourth Street, Lakewood, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection Monday through Friday during the hours of 8AM to 3PM, for a period of 10 days prior to the date of hearing.
