NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS/CREDITORS OF NEW MILLENNIUM PEACE FOUNDATION Notice is hereby given that New Millennium Peace Foundation, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (the "Corporation"), has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Arizona Corporation Commission pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 10-11401 et seq. This Notice to Unknown Claimants/Creditors is being published in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 10-11407. All creditors of and claimants against the Corporation, its assets, directors, and officers, are required to present at the office of the Corporation located at 340 Jordan Rd, Sedona, AZ, 86336 all claims and demands which such creditor or claimant believes have arisen or which may arise against the Corporation. All such claims and demands must be in writing and fully detailed. All claimants, if any, must commence proceedings to enforce the claim within five (5) years after publication of this notice or be forever barred.
