NOTICE TO WATER USERS Ryan Brindley and Brandon Thornton, as personal representatives of the Estate of John Reed Thornton, have requested Paragonah Canal Company ("Company") issue a replacement share certificate for the following Company shares: 12 shares previously issued to John Reed Thornton, James Lynn Thornton, and Gary Michael Thornton as tenants-in-common on October 12, 2000, under Certificate No. 122F ("Affected Shares"). Any interested person may file a written notice of objection to the issuance of the replacement share certificate for the Affected Shares with the Company. A notice of objection may be sent to the Company's attorneys: Mabey Wright & James, PLLC, Attn: Shane Stroud, 175 S. Main Street, Suite 1330, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Unless a written notice of objection to the issuance of this replacement share certificate is filed within 60 days of June 19, 2026, including a written notice of objection from a protected purchaser, the Company will issue a replacement share certificate for the Affected Shares to James Lynn Thorton, Gary Michael Thornton, and Ryan Brindley and Brandon Thornton, as personal representatives of the Estate of John Reed Thornton, as tenants-in-common, and the original share certificate will be permanently canceled on the records of the Company. A notice of objection shall: (1) state the basis for objecting to the claim of ownership of the affected share; (2) identify a person that the objecting person believes has a stronger claim of ownership to the affected share; and (3) be accompanied by written evidence that reasonably documents the basis of the objection to the claim of ownership.
