Notification of Submission of a Final Report (Statewide Health Standard) (Sections 303(h)(2)) Notice is hereby given that York Building Products Co, Inc., has submitted a Final Report to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Southcentral Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standard for a Site located at 125 & 255 Blettner Avenue, Hanover, York County. York Building Products Co, Inc., has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with the Statewide Health Standard clean up standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
