The purpose of this application is as follows: Subdivide the existing 568,458 sq. ft. parcel into two conforming lots and one non-conforming/irregularly shaped lots within the R-2 Residential District. The Applicant is also seeking variance relief for Minimum lot depth on proposed Lot 19.03 where 328.89 ft. is proposed and 350 ft. is required along with any other design waivers and any additional variances which may be necessary.
