Oconto County Ordinances
On April 23, 2026 the Oconto County Board of Supervisors enacted the following Amendatory Ordinances.
A2026-04-01 granting the rezone application of Sprague Family Irrevocable Trust to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Agricultural with Quarry Overlay District, Tax Parcel #008-161600513, Part of Section 16, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau.
A2026-04-02 granting the rezone application of South Chase Storage to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #012-292901133, Part of Section 29, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase.
A2026-04-03 granting the rezone application of Librado Ortega Y Trujillo & Magaly Perez Parra to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #030-363003324H, Part of Section 30, T28N, R22E, Town of Oconto.
A2026-04-04 granting the rezone application of Joseph & Jane Jancoski to rezone the following described property from Rural Residential District to Agricultural District, Tax Parcel #040-010100111B, Part of Section 1, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles.
A2026-04-05 granting the rezone application of Rhoby Usher-Hovanec to rezone the following described property from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District, Tax Parcel #044-080800823A, Part of Section 8, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill.
O2026-04-01, Chapter 14 – Zoning Ordinance of the Oconto County Code of Ordinances was amended.
