Osage County Courthouse Remodel-Phase 2 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Board of County Commissioners, Osage County, OK Osage County Courthouse Remodel-Phase 2 Pawhuska, OK Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Osage County Courthouse-County Clerk's Office, 600 Grandview Avenue, Pawhuska, OK. 74056 until 2:00pm CST on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. Bids will be read publicly, and Sealed Bids are required. Email or faxed bids WILL NOT be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and irregularities, and the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid he considers advantageous. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Ambler Architects. The Construction Manager is KSB Enterprises LLC, 4303 N. Pleasant View Road, Ponca City, OK 74601. Rick Scott Construction (580) 762-7027 A non-mandatory pre-bid conference (ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED) and site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., CST at the project site, Osage County Courthouse, 600 Grandview Avenue, Pawhuska, OK 74056. Material specifications are specific in their requirements. Any Bidder who wishes to propose an alternate or substitute material for bidding shall follow the procedures outlined in Section 012500 Substitution Procedures. Per statute O.S. 61 § 109, bids that exceed $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable without reserve, to Board of County Commissioners, Osage County, OK in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. This security is given as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a Contract with the Construction Manager for the construction of this project. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening date. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours before the time set for receiving bids as well as bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or minor irregularities in any bid, and to determine and select the lowest and best bid.
