Paving Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Section 284 of the highway agreement the Town Board of the Town of Elmira, Chemung County, New York, is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of Bituminous Plant Mix Paving Material, and including paver, roller, laborers, equipment operators and necessary supplies to lay in place said Bituminous Plant Mix Paving Materials to various streets in the Town of Elmira will be received at the Town Hall, 1255 West Water Street, Elmira, New York until 9:00 o'clock A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications are available at the Town Clerk's office. All bids shall be mailed or delivered in person to the Town Clerk's office, 1255 West Water Street, Elmira, NY.
