PBV Opening PUBLIC NOTICE of the OPENING of the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority Project Based Voucher Program WAITING LIST for Turtle Creek Apartments only. Effective Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, City of Mansfield Ohio will open the PBV waiting list for Turtle Creek Apartments. A Public Notice will be provided when the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, City of Mansfield, Ohio determines to close the waiting list. The MMHA has determined that based on HUD regulation, a public hearing is not required when opening and closing the waiting list. Therefore, only public notice will be provided as stated in the prevailing Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority Administrative Plan.
