The property in question is designated as Block 113.11, Lot 9 as shown on the Barnegat Township Tax Map and is known as 20 Samuel Drive, Barnegat, New Jersey 08005. The applicant is seeking the following approvals: The applicant seeks relief from prior delineation of a 200-foot forest fire fuel break line around the perimeter of the property now known as the Venue at Lighthouse Station, as required by New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) 7:50-6.124. The applicant seeks to construct a 14-foot x 27-foot deck abutting the rear of the home located on Block and Lot noted above. The proposed deck would occupy 14 feet of the 200-foot forest fuel break area.
