PH- Special District Rolls TOWN OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Woodbury will hold a Public Hearing on the following Special District Assessment Rolls at the Court House, 511 Route 32, Highland Mills New York on October 2, 2025, at 6:30PM to consider any objections to said assessment rolls. This hearing are for the public to correct special district assessment rolls with regards to the number of unts that are charged for special districts,not to argue assessment or the amount of taxes paid. Consolidated Sewer District Refuse District Highland Lake Estates Sewer District The assessment rolls apply only to property located in such special districts and are charged by units, not ad valorem. A copy of the assessment rolls is on file for public inspection at the Office of the Assessor, located at same address, during normal business hours.
