PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Loch Arbour will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Village of Loch Arbour Municipal Building, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, New Jersey, to consider the application of Phillip Saada for premises located and known as Lot 7, Block 5, 115 Euclid Avenue, Loch Arbour, New Jersey. The property contains an existing garage and related site improvements. The Applicant is proposing modifications to the existing garage including the addition of a cold kitchen with no oven or cooking appliances, the addition of a powder room, and the replacement of one existing window. The Applicant may further make application for any additional exceptions, interpretations, waivers, or variances required for approval of this application as deemed necessary by the Board or its professionals during the course of the public hearing. All members of the public will have an opportunity to offer comments and/or ask questions regarding the proposal. The hearing may be continued as necessary without the need for further notice on dates to be determined by the Board. The application and plans for the proposal
are on file with, and may be inspected at, the Board office located at the Village of Loch Arbour Municipal Building, 550 Main Street, Loch Arbour, NJ during the Village's normal business hours.
