Planning Board Legal Notice Public Hearing

On Tuesday November 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. the following application will be submitted to the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting held at the Rye Town Hall.
Major Site Development for Katz Development Corporation (KDC), Altus Engineering, Inc. for property located at 4 Sagamore Road, Tax Map 24, Lot 72 to re-develop the site by removing the existing single-family residence and constructing a new 12-unit residential building. Property is in the Commercial and Single Residence Districts. Case #14-2025.
Minor Non-Residential Site Development Plan for Llano & Rye Barbecue by Wyatt David for property owned by Max Pruma and located at 15 Sagamore Rd., Tax Map 24, Lot 22 to have a part-time 8.5' x 18' food trailer. Property is in the Single Residence and Commercial District. Case #10-2022.
Minor Non-Residential Site Development Plan/Change of Use for David Witham & Craig Sieve for property owned by Circle Furniture located at 37 Central Rd., Tax Map 12, Lot 38 for private boat and vehicle storage within the existing building. Property is in the Single Residence District and Aquifer Protection Overlay District.
If the Planning Board determines that the applications are complete, it will then hold a public hearing on November 18, 2025, on the applications after determining they are complete. Should a decision on an application not be reached at the public hearing, the application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such line as it is either approved or disapproved.
