Pleasant Creek 1B (Lots 1-27, 65- 95, 118-165, 189-210, 223-239, & 282-298) Lennar Homes of Indiana, LLC (11555 N Meridian Street, Suite 400, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Pleasant Creek 1B (Lots 1-27, 65- 95, 118-165, 189-210, 223-239, & 282-298) located CR 500 & Sawmill Road, Franklin, IN 46131. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Gassy Creek & Gassy Creek, East.
