White, will seek a use variance approval from the Wall Township Zoning Board for the construction of a garage, driveway expansion, storage shed and maintain existing single-family home. The property is presently designated on the Tax Map of the Township of Wall as BLOCK 811.01, LOT 4 and is located in the OR-2 Zone. The Applicant is seeking the following variance from Section 140 of the Township of Wall Land Use Development Regulations: Expansion of Non-Conforming Use (garage, driveway expansion, shed and maintain existing single-family home) In addition, the applicant is seeking a Use Variance and any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the Application, as proposed and may be modified at the hearing.
