PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at the 7:00 p.m. workshop meeting and immediately following regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Township of Wall, Municipal Meeting Room, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719, or at such time as the Zoning Board may thereafter adjourn, the Applicant, Thomas J. White,
will seek a use variance approval from the Wall Township Zoning Board for the construction of a garage, driveway expansion, storage shed and maintain existing single-family home.
The property is presently designated on the Tax Map of the Township of Wall as BLOCK 811.01, LOT 4 and is located in the OR-2 Zone.
The Applicant is seeking the following variance from Section 140 of the Township of Wall Land Use Development Regulations:
Expansion of Non-Conforming Use (garage, driveway expansion, shed and maintain existing single-family home)
In addition, the applicant is seeking a Use Variance and any and all variances, waivers and/or related relief which may be necessary to approve the Application, as proposed and may be modified at the hearing.
A copy of the Application has been filed in the Office of the Board Secretary and may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719.
