Polk Road Parking Shelter Elkins Construction LLC (CGC1523777) has contracted with the State of Florida Department of Military Affairs as Construction Manager on the new Polk Road Troop Parking Shelter, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, 02 SITE CONSTRUCTION, 03 CONCRETE, 05 METALS, 07 MOISTURE PROTECTION, WATERPROOFING & SEALANTS, 09E PAINTING, 12 FURNISHINGS, 13 SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION (METAL BUILDING SYSTEM), 26 ELECTRICAL, 32 EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Elkins Construction subcontract agreement, schedule, and complete subcontractor's pre-qualification ("SCORE"). SCORE registration information can be found here: https://scoresystem.com SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Bid bond is required. Any proposed comments to Elkins Construction subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractor's bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection.
