POSTPONEMENT OF NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Timothy C. Wells Jr. and Shavonne V. Wells, husband and wife, for and during their joint lives and upon the death of either of them, then to the survivor of them in fee simple, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, on November 9, 2020, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama, on November 20, 2020 at Book 2020, at Page 10109, as Instrument No. 620068.Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Autauga County Courthouse, in Prattville, Alabama, on September 24, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Autauga County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 119, according to the Final Plat of Glennbrooke Subdivision Plat 2-C, as the same appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama, in Plot Book 2013, at Page 5. More Commonly Known as: 229 Kendrick Way, Prattville, AL 36066 This Property will be sold on as "as is, where is" basis, without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto.
