NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A
RESOLUTION FOR INCLUSION PROCEEDINGS
(GATEWAY NATURAL AREA)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Poudre Valley Fire Protection District ("Poudre Valley") has determined that it is in the best interest of the health and safety, prosperity, security and general welfare of the property owners and inhabitants of the Poudre Valley to consider including certain real property located within the boundaries of the Poudre Canyon Fire Protection District ("Poudre Canyon") as described on Exhibit A attached to this Notice (the "Property") on the condition that the Property be excluded from Poudre Canyon.
The Board of Directors of the Poudre Valley board will consider adoption of a Resolution for inclusion of the Property from Poudre Canyon at a public hearing to be held on March 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at 102 Remington, Fort Collins, Colorado.
All interested parties may appear at such hearing to show cause in writing why such Resolution should not be finally adopted.

379.20 acres, more or less, located in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section 33 and the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 70 West, and in the North Half (N/2) of Section 5, Township 8 North, Range 70 West, of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
