Prequalification Notice
Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the ABCCM Veterans Restoration Quarters Renovation project in Asheville, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry is seeking various renovations of the Veterans Restoration Quarters (VRQ), particularly the Residential and Commercial Buildings, both of which have suffered extensive damage from Hurricane Helene. Work inside of the Residential Building will consist of repairs and alterations of the existing two-story building; approximately 41,000 square feet and a total of 121 resident units. The Commercial Building work will consist of repairs and alterations of the adjacent single-story building, totaling roughly 11,000 SF. Sitework scope will include various improvements, including a loading dock and adjustments to utilities.
