Harrington, AND TO Colleen Sackett and John P. Harrington, children of Mary Edna Waldron Cole, predeceased sister of the decedent, Rosalind D. Melewski, who died a resident of the Town of Halfmoon, Saratoga County, New York, the residences and/or post office addresses of said parties are unknown and cannot after diligent inquiry be ascertained; and if any of the said above be dead, then to all of the distributees, heirs-al-law and next-of-kin of such deceased distributees, AND TO JOHN DOE and MARY ROE, said names being fictitious and intending to represent the unknown distributes, heirs-at-law, and next of kin of Kenneth Dingee and Helen Waldron Clark, who are the predeceased siblings of the decedent herein, Rosalind D. Melewski, if they be living, and if dead then to the executors, administrators, distributes, legatees and devisees, heirs and assigns of said JOHN DOE AND MARY ROE, and all persons who by purchase, inheritance or otherwise have or claim to have an interest in above entitled matter derived through said JOHN DOE and MARY ROE, which if any there be, after due diligence make any claim whatsoever as executors or administrator of any persons who may be deceased, and who, if living would have any interest in the above entitled matter derived through, in, or of the above named or their distributees, legatees and devisees and which person, if any there be unknown to the petitioner herein. Melewski, lately domiciled at 319 Grooms Road, Halfmoon, NY 12065, admitting to probate a COPY of the Last Will and Testament dated February 2, 1987, a copy of which is attached, as the Will of Rosalind D.
