NOTICE TO TRANSFER MOVABLE OR IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE
Since the Provisional Adminstratrix of the above estate has made application to the Court to transfer, at private sale, the immovable property described, as follows:
Tract 1:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, containing one(1) acre, more or less, lying and located in Section 66, Township 4 North, Range 3 West, and in Section 42, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, all as is more particularly shown as enclosed in red lines on act of survey dated September 9, 1968, by James B. Smith, Registered Civil Engineer recorded with that Act of Correction at Book 1565 Page 13 records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Tract 2:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, located in Section 41, T4N-R4W and Section 119, T4N-R3W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and comprising a portion of the Frank N. Magee Estates, a subdivision of part of the W.M. Hunter tract located in Sections 38, 39, 41 and 42, T4N-R4W and in Section 66 and 119, T4N-R3W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, said portion made the subject to this conveyance being that portion of the Frank N. Magee Estates encompassed within the shaded red area on the copy of plat of survey recorded at Conveyance Book 926, Page 668, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, described as follows:
From the southeastern corner of Lot 2 of Frank N. Magee Estates thence proceed South 63 degrees 06 minutes East a distance of 406.2 feet to the westerly edge of right of way of Louisiana State Highway No. 1200; thence proceed in a Northly direction along said Westerly edge of said right of way of Louisiana State Highway 1200 a distance of 50 feet; thence proceed North 63 degrees 35 minutes East a distance of 406.2 to the Eastern border of Lot 2; thence proceed South 26 degrees 26 minutes East a distance of 50 feet back to the point of beginning.
Notice is now given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of decedent, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the Order or Judgment authorizing, approving and homologating that application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
