LOCATED AT 111 W 7TH STREET WEST LIBERTY, IA, 52776, CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING You are hereby notified that the City Council of West Liberty, Iowa, intends to transfer property from the City of West Liberty to the West Liberty & Rural Townships Fire & Rescue Agency. The Property to be transferred is located at 109 E 2nd Street, in West Liberty, IA, 52776.
