Proposed Biohazardous Medical Waste Transfer Facility - Daniels Sharpsmart, Inc. 5865 S Kyrene Rd, Suite 4, Tempe, AZ, 85283 The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has received a Biohazardous Medical Waste (BMW) Facility Plan Application for the Daniels Sharpsmart, Inc. BMW transfer facility. The proposed facility is located at 5865 S Kyrene Rd, Suite 4, Tempe, AZ, 85283. This notice commences a 30-day written public comment period from November 06, 2025, through December 06, 2025. BMW is collected by Daniels Sharpsmart, Inc. trucks at the point of generation and will be delivered to the Daniels Sharpsmart, Inc. medical waste transfer facility. BMW will be collected and stored for no longer than 90 days in a storage area prior to transfer to an approved medical waste treatment facility.
