PROPOSED ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of New Brighton, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at their next regular council meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers, 610 Third Avenue, New Brighton, PA on a proposed ordinance. The following is a summary of the proposed ordinance. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is on file at the New Brighton Borough Municipal Building, where it can be inspected during regular business hours. Borough Council may consider action on the proposed ordinance following the public hearing or within sixty (60) days of this advertisement.
