PROPOSED ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of New Brighton, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at their next regular council meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers, 610 Third Avenue, New Brighton, PA on two proposed ordinances. The following is a summary of the proposed ordinances. Complete copies of the proposed ordinances are on file at the New Brighton Borough Municipal Building, where they can be inspected during regular business hours. Borough Council may consider action on the proposed ordinance following the public hearing or within sixty (60) days of this advertisement. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW BRIGHTON, BEAVER COUNTY, ESTABLISHING CRITERIA FOR THE ISSUANCE OF RESIDENTIAL ON-STREET PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW BRIGHTON, BEAVER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING PART 2 OF CHAPTER 15 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW BRIGHTON TO DESIGNATE THE INTERSECTIONS OF NORTH FOURTH STREET AT NORTH EIGHTEENTH AVENUE, ELEVENTH STREET AND NINTH AVENUE, AND SHORT STREET AT NORTH SIXTEENTH AVENUE AS INTERSECTIONS TO BE CONTROLLED BY STOP SIGNS.
