The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 6:30 PM in Room 212 of the Town Hall located at 21 Main Street on the following application:
Applicant: Brian P. Jewell (Adams Bridge Minor Subdivision)
Adams Bridge Road Map 003 Lot 084-1
Request: Applicant is proposing a 4-parcel residential single family land subdivision. The property is located in the Village A Zoning District.
Pursuant to the Town of North Berwick Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance and Article 4.3-Dimensional Requirements (table) Planning Board subdivision approval shall be obtained for this type of use.
As an abutter within 500' you are being notified of the upcoming hearing. Your input is welcome at the hearing or via email to the Code Office.
Copies of the subdivision request can be viewed in the Code Enforcement Office during regularly scheduled office hours.
