PUBLIC HEARING- NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD ACTION BOROUGH OF RAMSEY ADOPTION OF THE BOROUGH'S MASTER PLAN PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 of the Municipal Land Use Law (the MLUL), the Borough of Ramsey Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 to hear public comment on the adoption of the Borough's Master Plan pertaining to Traffic Circulation and Transportation Element. The Planning Board will provide any person wishing to comment on the Borough's Master Plan the opportunity to do so at the hearing. After public comment, the Planning Board shall consider adoption of the Borough's Master Plan. A copy of the Borough's Master Plan is on file for public inspection at Ramsey Borough Municipal Building, 33 North Central Avenue, Ramsey, New Jersey 07446 during normal business hours between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on the Borough's website at www.ramseynj.com ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
