PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section C-73 of the City of Ithaca Charter, on September 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY, the City Common Council, on behalf of the Board of Public Works, will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed assessment roll for the Sidewalk Improvement Districts for Fiscal Year 2026 (collectively, "FY 2026 SID").
Common Council will subsequently vote on the Sidewalk Improvement District Assessment Roll, work plan, and local law to publish at a later date.
FY 2026 SID documents can be viewed online at http://www.cityofithaca.org/219/Sidewalk-Policy and by appointment at the City Engineering Office by calling 607-274-6534.
