The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) announces a PUBLIC HEARING for the FWC-Managed Portions of the Salt Lake Wildlife Management Area (WMA) located in Brevard County, Florida.

PURPOSE: To receive public comment regarding considerations for the FWC's ten-year Management Plan for the FWC Lead Managed Portions of the Salt Lake WMA.
This hearing is an opportunity for the public to provide input on the environmental planning and conservation land management that will occur on the area. It is being held EXCLUSIVELY for discussion of the DRAFT Salt Lake WMA Management Plan, otherwise referred to as the Management Prospectus. This meeting will not address area hunting or fishing regulations.
