PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting: Wed., November 12, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. Town Council Meeting: Wed., November 19, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission and Queen Creek Town Council will conduct public hearings at the stated dates, times, and location. The purpose of the public hearings is to receive testimony and comment on the following application(s): 1. San Tan Blvd & Ellsworth Rezone (P24-0101) and Site Plan (P24-0103). Request torezone a 4.2-acre site, locatedat the southwest corner of San Tan Blvd and Ellsworth Road from R1-43 to C-1 with a PAD Overlay and for site plan approval for an office/medical development with 4 buildings, totaling 30,644 square feet.
