PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM The Framingham City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 18, 2025 at or after 7:00 p.m. in the Blumer Room, Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, to consider allowing Eversource Energy permission to lay and maintain underground gas main and service pipelines under the surface of the following public way or private way: Colonel James M. Halpin Drive- Framingham- Grant Plan To install approximately 530' of 6" HDPE intermediate pressure gas main on Colonel James M. Halpin Drive from the intersection of Eames St at Herbert St to private property at #227 Arlington Street. This proposed 6"HDPE intermediate pressure gas main is to support the elimination of the existing 2" Coated Steel high pressure gas main and services to existing buildings at #223-227 Arlington Street. A copy of the full text of the request and associated plan at Colonel James M. Halpin Drive may be inspected in the City Council Office, Room 113 located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, as well as online at the City's Public Meeting Portal for the agenda with link to background information. Written comments should be submitted to citycouncil@framinghamma.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Friday November 14, 2025. 48-hours in advance of the meeting date, you may visit the Public Meeting Portal via the City website for the Zoom information that will allow remote viewing and participation in this Public Hearing or use the Zoom information shown below. This meeting will also be held in person at the Memorial Building and all may attend.
