Public Hearing Notice The Belmont City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the First Floor Community Room at the CityWorks building (1401 East Catawba St, Belmont). TA2023.01 Housing Choices Text Amendment - This text amendment seeks add courtyard buildings and cottages courts into Chapter 4 as new building types and adjust Chapter 5 to identify appropriate districts for these new forms. All interested persons are urged to attend the public hearing or watch virtually on City of Belmont's YouTube channel: www.cityofbelmont.org/livemeetings.
