PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hopewell Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following requests in accordance with Article XXI Amendments, of the Hopewell Zoning Ordinance and the Code of Virginia 15.2-2285.
A request was submitted by Phillip Hughes of Broadway Building LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to have two apartments on the second floor of 238 E. Broadway (Parcel #080-0485), less than seven hundred gross square feet.
A request submitted by Osmin Lopez to construct a duplex on Parcel #032-0100, also identified as 1104 Kruper Street.

Main St., Hopewell, Virginia 23860, during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
