Public Hearing Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 9:00 am at the City of Shasta Lake Council Chambers located at 4477 Main Street, Shasta Lake, CA, the Shasta Local Agency Formation Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider the following: County Service Area #4 Municipal Service Review (MSR) and Sphere of Influence (SOI) Update. The Commission will open the hearing for the CSA #4 MSR/SOI Update which provides an overview of the previous formation of CSA #4 in the Redding area and reasoning for its dissolution. A zero SOI is proposed as part of this update. All interested persons have a right to attend the public hearings and be heard regarding the listed actions. The agenda and related meeting materials will be posted on the Commission's website www.shastalafco.org at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the meeting.
