Chapter §40-A, Section 5, the Sutton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2025 at 8:20 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Sutton Town Hall, 4 Uxbridge Road, Sutton, MA, for the purpose of considering proposed amendments to the Town's Zoning Bylaw as follows: 1. Amend Section V. B Groundwater Protection District to add regulations for floor drains in existing structures.
