YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following application:
Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) Application No. PLN52984 CPA: Text-only CPA application requesting an amendment to goals and policies in the Winslow Subarea Plan and the Comprehensive Plan Land Use and Cultural Elements to support the creation of a Civic + Cultural Connection Overlay District.
The public hearing will be held as part of the regular Planning Commission meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., on March 12, 2026, in City Hall Council Chambers, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. The meeting will also be shown virtually on the Zoom platform, and public comment may be made in person and via Zoom. Information about commenting and joining the virtual meeting will be at the top of the published meeting agenda, which will be available on the City's website: https://bainbridgeislandwa.portal.civicclerk.com/ .
You may attend the hearing and provide oral comment. Written comment may be submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development or emailed to pcd@bainbridgewa.gov by 4:00 PM on March 12, 2026.
