PUBLIC LEGAL NOTICE Succession of Larry Ray Lamkin Probate Number: 654,892-Sec.:B First Judicial District, Caddo Parish, Louisiana NOTICE IS given that the Executrix of this succession has petitioned the Court for authoirty to sell the Property of the De Cujus, Larry Ray Lampkin, at private sale in accordance with the provisions of Article 3281 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for the price of $51,000.00 and in accordance with the terms of a contract to sell attached to the petition as Exhibix A. The Estate Property to be sold at private sale is described as follows: Lot 7, Bonnydell Courts Subdivision, a subdivision of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, as per that plat recorded in Book 700, Page 175 of the Conveyance Records of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, being 2711 Thayer Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71109.
